How Can red Raised Bumps On The Elbow Be Treated?

i have noticed for about a week, one of my elbows has been getting red raised bumps on it. they are not big and not real small. i was wondering if you may know what this is. i have never had it before and have not come in contact with poision ivy, oak, etc. thank you

I understand your concern
Raised bump could be due to hair follicle infection, pressure/friction, mosquito bite.
Physical examination by primary health care physician will help in the diagnosis.
Doctor will give following advises:
Apply bacitracin ointment
Apply cetaphil ointment
Apply warm pad application
Maintain proper pelvic hygiene.
Other treatment will depend on specific cause
